Volunteer descriptions

Hole in One Proctor

On course, you will watch a designated hole to determine if a contestant hits a hole-in-one.  A witness (hole proctor) other than a team member must see the hole-in-one to win the prize.  

Golf Cart (Volunteer Transport) 

You will drive a golf cart to deliver and pick up volunteers working as hole proctors on the golf course.  You will also be on standby to deliver drinks, deliver proctors to restrooms, and any other “emergencies” as needed. 

Cart Transition Team 

You will help clear golf carts as they are returned by the morning flight teams and prepare them for players in the afternoon flight. 

Bag Drop 

As the players arrive, they will drop off their bags at Bag Drop. Volunteers place the bag in the assigned cart or marked cart area. While you must be able to carry the bags the distance to cart area is not far.
